Whether you want to lose weight, gain weight or have any other body goal it can be helpful to take your measurements and write them down somewhere. This is why I made a free measurement chart printable for you to use where you can easily write down your current measurements. This way you can easily keep track of your progress. How to measure yourself?

Measuring yourself is very easy, but sometimes it can be tricky to find the exact place of where to measure. First of all you need to get some sort of measuring tape. Once you’re ready to go simply look on the image below and measure yourself on the exact places where the lines are. Hold the one end of your measuring tape with one hand, wrap it around your body part until it reaches the measuring tape in your first hand. Then read the number on your measuring tape right where the two parts meet and that’s how many centimeters or inches it is.

Make sure to not measure yourself too often. Once a month is more then enough. You don’t want to become obsessed with numbers. So enjoy have fun with it and let me know whether you’d like more printables in the future.
